Usage and advice:
Suffumigi: against colds, put 15 drops of pine essential oil in a bowl of boiling water, cover the head with a towel and inhale deeply through the nose. Pause briefly from time to time and continue inhaling until the water releases steam
Internal use: 3 times a day after main meals, put 2 drops of pine essential oil in a teaspoon of honey as a remedy against water retention, urinary tract infections and rheumatism
Warnings :
Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Not suitable for pregnant or lactating women. Never use pure. Do not take internally if not properly diluted. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. It is advisable to avoid external use if there are skin irritations or if you have a very sensitive or easily irritated skin type.
