Use and maintenance:
Diffusion: 2/3 drops of essential oil of ginger to clean the environment.
Internal use: 2 drops in a teaspoon of honey or in a hot lemon herbal tea helps in cases of difficult digestion, dyspepsia, gastric atony, nausea and attacks of vomit and against infections and all intestinal disorders.
Anti-cellulite cream: mix 2/3 drops in a knob of neutral cream and massage on the affected area, repeat at least once a day every day.
Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Not indicated for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Never use pure.
Do not take internally if not properly diluted. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
