Usage and advice:
Gargle: in a glass of warm water put 5 drops of Bergamot. Do prolonged rinsing, at least twice a day. Useful against bad breath, abscesses and infections of the mouth
Cosmetic use: mix 1 or 2 drops of essential oil with coconut oil and massage your feet before going to sleep. You will thus obtain a relaxing and calming effect
Warnings :
Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Not suitable for pregnant or lactating women. Never use pure. Do not take internally if not properly diluted. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Bergamot is a photosensitive essential oil: avoid exposure to the sun for at least 24 hours after application.
